The total was a quite intriguing thought for me before the lines came out. There is no fallback plan with taking the over in that situation. Pouille is playing decent tennis at the moment, but it's Struff's time now. With Struff's volatile playing style, it's not that wild to expect him to miss a few shots and drop a set here. But at 25.5, there is simply not enough value there. Since he's doing it match after match for quite some time now, I would really need a better reward than +110 to step in his way.

Fucsovics leads the head to head 4-2, and has won two of the three matches the two have contested this season. However, Basilashvili won the most recent meeting in Rome and the only meeting on grass, at Wimbledon in 2015. Basilashviis first-strike, power baseline tennis, theoretically, should translate well to the grass. Fucsovics has played well on grass in the past, but could be a little overpowered by Basilashvili on this surface.

Lucas Pouille clashes with third seed Daniil Medvedev in an interesting second round match in Stuttgart. Medvedev will be playing in his first grass court match of the season, but has had moderate success on grass in the past. He won in a third set tiebreak over Feliciano Lopez to set up the matchup with Medvedev. After a shaking run of form since the Australian Open, Pouille is slowly starting to find his game. Medvedevs flat groundstrokes are perfect for the low, skidding bounces that occur on grass.

They've actually met twice already on this surface, both times in 2017 and both times the Frenchman defeated the German. Similar to Kecmanovic, Pouille will be asking some questions in this match. Play with some more margin, get the ball back in play and try to figure out how well is Struff feeling the ball that day. Jan will have to come up with some goods once again and whether he does it or not, will determine the winner. Lucas Pouille is ahead when talking about their H2H.

It should be very close, as both player serve very well and can take advantage of short balls. Raonic leads the head to head 4-2, and has won four matches in a row against Tsonga (not including an exhibition match). These two have never played a grass court match that was not an exhibition.

Struff entered this tournament with a putrid 6-17 grass court record and has lost to Moelleker (rank - 303) last year in the first round here. He is hitting the ball with so much power and precision, that it's going to be difficult for any of these 2nd tier opponents to stop him. His confidence at the moment is through the roof. He was not supposed to get very far in this tournament, but as I was saying earlier, the betting market was not aware that he had a bad record on grass because he was not that good of a tennis player and not because he would favor other surfaces over grass.

Lucas Pouille is coming off a three sets win over Daniil Medvedev that took 31 games to decide. Pouille has a chance to win three straight matches on the main tour for the first time since making the semifinals of the Australian Open. Pouille won 65 percent of his total service points and converted on three of his 12 break points. Pouille got 62 percent of his first serves in play and saved four of his six break points. In the victory, Pouille won 75 percent of his first serve points and 47 percent of his second serve points. Pouille has been very consistent with his first serve through two matches and has been broken just three times in his last six sets. Pouille has won four of his last five matches on grass court.

Pouille has won every match between these two players. However, Medvedev has lost four matches in a row, so he could be low on confidence. Medvedev should be able to give Pouille fits on this surface, as the ball will rarely be sitting up in Pouilles strike zone for Pouille to hit his powerful groundstrokes. However, Pouille and Medvedev have never played on grass.

A trip to the quarterfinals is on the line as fourth seed Nikoloz Basilashvili takes on Marton Fucsovics. Basilashvili has not had a ton of success on grass in the past, but could be excited about having a fresh start away from the clay. Basilashvili has had an on-and-off season, and this will be his first match of the season on the grass. The match was closer than expected, given the surface, but Fucsovics did well to win that match. Marton Fucsovics picked up a tight two-set win over Jaume Munar in the opening round of Stuttgart. He will be looking to avenge a first round loss at the French Open.
